DRE UPDATE: As October 1st 2008 the Department of Real Estate will no longer be issuing conditional sales licenses.  To be eligible to take the real estate license test you must complete 3 courses.  Real Estate Principals, Real Estate Practice plus one elective course.  At Inland Empire Real Estate School we offer either Legal Aspects of Real Estate or Real Estate Finance.

Course Overview

Our Real Estate program is designed to fit your schedule and attendance is not required as part of the curriculum. A student may start the correspondence course and complete it in a minimum of 7-1/2 weeks. Our program allows you to work at your own pace to ensure you have enough time to understand the content of each course. If you find you would like clarification or review on chapter content, we offer a class that meets every Wednesday at 6pm. During the class, we review the material, highlighting key areas that will prepare you for the exam. 

Our textbooks are used widely throughout California and you will have the most up-to-date information to help you pass your test the first time around. Also, you can schedule your test date at your convenience by simply calling the instructor and arranging a time that works around your schedule.
